Pokémon
La plus grande franchise du monde, et Tokyo en est le port d'attache.
Tokyo has four official Pokémon Centers, one Pokémon Café that requires an online reservation, and a growing number of pop-up collaborations each season. Most stores stock store-exclusive merchandise that never reaches overseas retailers, and the Tokyo DX branch in Nihonbashi is the flagship. If you only have time for one, Shibuya PARCO puts a Pokémon Center and Nintendo TOKYO on the same floor.

Questions fréquentes
How many Pokémon Centers are there in Tokyo?
There are four Pokémon Centers in Tokyo: Tokyo DX in Nihonbashi (the flagship, with the Pokémon Café), Shibuya inside Shibuya PARCO, Mega Tokyo in Sunshine City Ikebukuro, and Skytree Town inside Tokyo Solamachi.
Do I need a reservation for the Pokémon Café?
Yes. The Pokémon Café is reservation-only with no walk-in seating. Bookings open exactly 31 days before your visit date at 18:00 Japan time, and popular slots are taken within minutes. If you cannot get a booking, Pikachu Sweets at Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo serves Pokémon desserts with no reservation.
Which Pokémon Center should I visit if I only have time for one?
Pokémon Center Shibuya, because Nintendo TOKYO, Capcom Store Tokyo and a Jump Shop are on the same floor of Shibuya PARCO. You clear four official stores in one stop. If you want the largest store and have a Pokémon Café booking, choose Tokyo DX in Nihonbashi instead.
Are Japanese Pokémon cards cheaper than overseas?
Yes, generally. Japanese-language sets release several months ahead of the international equivalents and booster boxes cost substantially less. Japanese cards are legal in international play as long as you can explain the card text.
