Demon Slayer is set in Taisho-era Japan, and its locations are spread across the country rather than concentrated in one city. Asakusa is the district that appears most recognisably in the story. Mount Kumotori, on the border of Tokyo and Saitama, is named in the official fanbook as the model for the main character's home — one of the few locations with a stated source. Beyond that sit places fans have identified rather than the publisher: the atrium of a ryokan in Fukushima widely taken as the Infinity Castle, the wisteria tunnels of a park in Tochigi, and two shrines in Kyushu that share the "Kamado" name. We mark which is which on every page, because the difference matters.

Where are the real Demon Slayer locations in Tokyo?
Asakusa is the district that appears most recognisably in the series, particularly the area around Sensoji Temple and the Nakamise shopping street. Go after 19:00, when the shops close and the illuminated temple grounds become quiet — that is the closest match to the anime. Official merchandise is sold at the Jump Shop in Tokyo Solamachi, one train stop away.
Where can I buy Demon Slayer merchandise in Tokyo?
The Jump Shop in Tokyo Solamachi at the base of Tokyo Skytree is the most reliable official source, restocked regularly and carrying designs not sold through general retail. Animate Ikebukuro Flagship has a wider general selection across ten floors. Time-limited collaboration cafés also sell exclusive goods, but those sell out faster than the seats.
