One of the ten Straw Hat statues placed across Kumamoto as part of the earthquake reconstruction project. Chopper stands at the city zoo and botanical garden, which is a fitting placement for the crew's doctor.
Why it is worth it
It is the second statue in the city after Luffy, so the two together make a half-day without leaving Kumamoto.

Busy at weekends.
Good to know
Unlike most of the statues this one is inside a paid facility with a closing day — check before going. Weekday parking is free.
