Okawaso is a hot spring ryokan in Ashinomaki Onsen, south of Aizu-Wakamatsu. Its central atrium — a large open well with a stage suspended in the middle and floors stacked around it — is widely identified by fans as the model for the Infinity Castle. You can stay the night in it. Very few anime locations offer that.
