Mount Kumotori is the highest mountain in Tokyo, standing on the border of Tokyo, Saitama and Yamanashi. It is identified in the official Demon Slayer fanbook as the model for the mountain where the main character's family lived — which makes it one of the few Demon Slayer locations with a stated source rather than fan inference.

This is a genuine mountain hike of several hours each way, not a sightseeing stop. Proper footwear, water and a check of the weather are required. If you want the connection without the climb, the view from the Okutama area is the realistic compromise.
