The Enoden line runs along the coast here, and the level crossing immediately outside Kamakurakokomae station frames the train against the sea in almost exactly the composition used in the anime opening. It is a public road, free and accessible at any hour, about one hour from central Tokyo via Fujisawa or Kamakura.
