Kingdom
Kingdom Reading Seawall (Yomihatei)
Every page of all 77 volumes, printed along 340 metres of seawall on the Ariake Sea. Free, outdoors, and a Guinness World Record.
Saga prefecture printed the complete run of Kingdom along the seawall at Higata Yoka Park, over 340 metres of it, and opened it to read for free. It was originally due to close in March 2026, drew 160,000 visitors in its first two months, was certified as a Guinness World Record, and has been extended to 30 September 2026. The more explicit panels are covered with Saga's own nori seaweed, which is a local joke that has become part of the attraction.

No shade, no lighting, and thin public transport. Go in the morning, bring water, and get there by car or taxi from Saga Station (about 30 minutes). Reading all 77 volumes in one visit is not realistic — walk the length and stop where you want to.
