Tsuki ga Kirei
Kawagoe, drawn street by street — and it is a major sightseeing town anyway.
Tsuki ga Kirei is set in **Kawagoe**, the "Little Edo" town in Saitama, and it reproduces the place with unusual care — the warehouse-lined main street, the bell tower, the back lanes and **Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine**, which appears in the series and holds a summer wind-chime installation of its own. Kawagoe is 30 minutes from Ikebukuro and is one of the best day trips from Tokyo regardless of the anime, which makes this an easy pilgrimage to bring people along on.
